Imitating Nature X Living Colors

The colored ink on this artwork is a natural ink, also called “living ink” that I made myself from redcurrant berries.
Since this ink is organic, it means the color is likely to chance, as with most organic material, as time goes. Some inks might change colors, others fade slightly or perhaps nothing will chance at all.

The other half of these artworks made with black ink are creating using the Japanese technique suminagashi that artist Jeppe Ringsted is known for.

The reflected part of this artwork (living ink) is hand drawn and took approx. 5 hours of drawing to complete.

The artwork is signed on the back by Jeppe Ringsted and is sold WITH a 21x30 cm glass frame.
